The parking lot behind the McNeil building\, nestled between Main\, Central and Church Streets will be transformed into a family-friendly celebration of Cortland's art and creativity\, and downtown. The celebration will be free and complete with art vendors\, live music\, 3-D chalk artists\, performing artists\, interactive chalk mural\, children's activities\, wine and craft beverage tasting and takeout food from downtown restaurants.
