DESCRIPTION:Cortland BDC and Empire State Development Hosting Grant Funding Workshop  June 6\n\n\n\nThe Cortland County Business Development Corporation (BDC) in partnership with Empire State Development (ESD) is hosting an informational grant funding workshop on June 6th from 1:00-2:30 PM\, at the Tompkins Cortland Community College Extension Center at 157 Main Street Cortland.\n\n\n\nNew York State recently released the guidelines for round 12 of its Consolidated Funding Application competition\, and the aims to provide more information about economic and community development funding opportunities available this year Daniel Kolinski\, Deputy Director at Empire State Development (ESD) in Central New York\, will provide an overview of the $1 billion dollars in economic and community development funding opportunities available in this year's CFA competition. In addition to discussing the ESD Grant and Tax Credit programs that make funds accessible to eligible new and expanding businesses\, Mr. Kolinski will also provide information on some of the new grant funding initiatives in this year's State budget including Restore NY\, the New York Works Economic Development Fund\, new programs through the Downtown Revitalization Initiative. Following the presentation\, he will provide time to answer questions from the attendees.\n\n\n\nThis workshop will offer both in-person and remote attendance options.
