SUMMARY:PET FAIR 2024 - Vendor Registration
DESCRIPTION:People love their pets\, and we want to give them a chance to show them off to others\, while checking out local services and treats available for them in their own community.  The Chamber exists to promote local businesses and to provide platforms that allows for professional connections to be made.  If you want more information about becoming a Chamber member\, please reach out to info@cortlandareachamber.com.\n\nWe are looking for animal and pet specific services and products to be tabled at the event.  Sales of items are permitted.  We want you to get your name out there and make money!\n\nThe fair will run from 10am-3pm on Saturday\, June 1\, 2024\, but vendors are allowed to set up that morning before the event starts (between 8am-10am).\n\nThere will be a fee for vendors or businesses to participate and set up in a 10-foot by 10-foot space.  This money will help market the event and pay facility charges.  Each vendor will be provided with a vendor tag to hang from your mirror and will be directed to vendor parking area to make unloading easier.   Each vendor will need to bring their own tables\, chairs and/or tents for set up.  If you need electricity\, this is something you will need to communicate with the planning staff\, so we can make accommodations\, since those spots are limited.\n\nEntrance to the event is free to the community\, but we will be accepting donations to support our local non-profit animal shelters and partners (Cortland County SPCA\, Country Acres\, CNY Snap).  There will be a costume parade to kick off the event @ 10am in the demonstration area and we will have other scheduled events and demonstrations happening throughout the day.  In addition\, we are offering an art contest to our local school districts and the winner will be announced toward the end of the day.\n\nThank you for participating and we look forward to a fun and exciting Pet Fair event!
