This law went into effect on February 11\, 2024.\n\n\n\nIn anticipation\, The Business Council and The Cortland Area Chamber of Commerce will host a webinar presented by the Division of Consumer Protection at the NYS Department of State to review and discuss how businesses can learn how to comply with the law.
