Also on Monday, we'll be handing out week long "Try the Y" guest passes, pick up one for yourself and one (or a few!) for your friend! Studies show that those who start new habits with a friend are more likely to stick with them!
As part of our Open House, we'll be having a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the official Grand Opening of our Fitness Center! Stop by at 5:15 to join the The Chamber, have light refreshments, and see the equipment for yourself.
You can also sign up for our Fitness Equipment Orientations so you can learn how to safely use it!
