Description
The United Way for Cortland County is excited to announce our Fall 2026 Day of Caring!
Friday, October 23, 2026
9 AM–5 PM
Cortland ReUse | 113 Port Watson Street, Cortland This fall, we’re teaming up with Cortland ReUse for a day of hands-on service, community connection, and neighbors helping neighbors! Day of Caring is about more than checking projects off a list. It’s about what happens when volunteers, workplaces, businesses, organizations, and community members come together around a shared purpose.
We’ll be supporting the incredible work of Cortland ReUse, an organization that gives usable materials a second life through reuse and repurposing—all while serving our local community.
Want to be part of it? Sign up HERE to volunteer: https://forms.gle/1Wpijm2v3BSnYhiPA You don’t have to volunteer for the entire day! Give us an hour, a few hours, or spend the whole day with us. Every set of helping hands makes a difference.
Bring your coworkers
ring your organization
Bring your friends
Or just bring YOU!
Can't volunteer—YOU can still make a difference. ReUse needs our help purchasing the supplies volunteers will use to help enclose the back space. Let’s help ReUse get there by giving to the Building Enclosure Fundraiser: https://cortlandunitedway.harnessgiving.org/campaigns/21794
