  • Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

    We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant at Sweeney's Pest Elimination, a thriving pest elimination company. This dual role requires a candidate with excellent organizational and communication skills to manage both financial records and front desk operations.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
    2. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
    3. Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial reporting.
    4. Handle general reception duties, including answering phones, greeting customers, and managing appointments.
    5. Assist in coordinating office activities and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    6. Collaborate with management to support various administrative tasks.

    Requirements:
    1. Proven experience as a bookkeeper/administrative assistant or in a similar role.
    2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software, QBO a plus.
    3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
    4. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
    5. Strong organizational and ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

    Education:
    High School Diploma or equivalent.
