In this program, we will discuss OSHA requirements that apply to every employer. This will be especially relevant as our employee’s work/return to work in the time of COVID. Specifically, we will discuss the general duty clause, cleaning and maintenance during a pandemic, injury and illness recordkeeping, and reporting requirements, and more.
