Kristopher Buchan has had more than twenty-five years experience in the real estate business. Kristopher has served as the president of the Groton Business Association from 2013 to 2016 (and previously in 2006) and has served as the Vice Chairman of the Groton Housing Authority. He is the past vice president of the Groton Public Library and the 1890 House Museum Board of Trustees. Kristopher served on the Board of Directors of the Ithaca Board of Realtors® from 2016-2018. He is the 2023 President of the Cortland County Board of Realtors®.  Kris is the 2021 recipient of both the Good Neighbor Award and the  President's Award from the Cortland County Board of Realtors®

Associate Broker with SVR Realty, LLC. Licensed since 1996 with extensive experience in Cortland County, being a life long resident.
Also a private contractor for several companies, including some local banks,  providing Broker Price Opinions (similar to appraisals, but not as complex). 

SPLAT! Sumthin' is Cortland County's first and only splatter paint room, offering a unique and interactive art experience for individuals, families, and groups. Located at 41 Central Avenue in Cortland, New York, our facility provides a designated space where you can freely splatter paint onto walls, doors, canvases, t-shirts, and each other! We supply a variety of tools—including glow paints, brushes, sponges, rollers, and blasters (add-on)—to enhance your creative process. Safety is our priority; personal paint protective gear is also available. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, hosting a team-building event, or simply seeking a fun outing, SPLAT! Sumthin' guarantees a memorable time for all!
