The Arts Off Main Festival is a reimagining of the twelve-year-old Arts & Wine Festival. The parking lot behind the McNeil building, nestled between Main, Central and Church Streets will be transformed into a family-friendly celebration of Cortland’s art and creativity, and downtown. The celebration will be free and complete with art vendors, live music, 3-D chalk artists, performing artists, interactive chalk mural, children’s activities, wine and craft beverage tasting and takeout food from downtown restaurants. Live music and entertainment will be performed throughout the day. Check out website for more details.
