New York State/New York City paid sick leave, state and federal COVID leave programs, PFL/ADA/FMLA/Workers’ Compensation/NYS Short-term Disability – managing an employee’s leave status while out sick, injured or caring for a family member is a challenge for businesses of all sizes.
