I am Carol and I am the owner and lead happiness ambassador at Madam Hatter's Tea House & Shopping Emporium (Just Chill Custom Gifting By Carol LLC). I was born and raised in Cortland, NY and have been a long time nurse and health care professional for 30+ years. I opened Just Chill in January of 2020 s a home based custom gift basket design business and have watched it develop into a thriving custom gift shop.
